PM इंटर्नशिप पोर्टल लॉन्च: 12 अक्टूबर से पंजीकरण शुरू, 1.25 लाख युवाओं का होगा चयन

केंद्रीय बजट में घोषित प्रधानमंत्री इंटर्नशिप योजना के तहत, युवाओं को विभिन्न क्षेत्रों में व्यावहारिक अनुभव प्राप्त करने का सुनहरा अवसर मिलेगा। 3 अक्टूबर को इस योजना के लिए एक विशेष इंटर्नशिप पोर्टल लॉन्च किया गया, जिससे इच्छुक उम्मीदवार आसानी से इंटर्नशिप के अवसरों की जानकारी प्राप्त कर सकेंगे। इस योजना का उद्देश्य छात्रों को व्यावसायिक दुनिया में वास्तविक अनुभव प्रदान करना है।

पंजीकरण प्रक्रिया

इस योजना में भाग लेने के इच्छुक छात्र 12 अक्टूबर 2024 से पोर्टल पर अपना पंजीकरण कर सकते हैं। इस पोर्टल को कॉर्पोरेट मामलों के मंत्रालय (MCA) द्वारा विकसित किया गया है और इसे pminternship.mca.gov.in पर एक्सेस किया जा सकता है।

कंपनियों की भागीदारी

शुरुआत में, महिंद्रा एंड महिंद्रा, मैक्स लाइफ, और एलेम्बिक फार्मा जैसी कंपनियों ने इस योजना के लिए अपने इंटर्नशिप ऑफर अपलोड किए हैं। आने वाले दिनों में और भी बड़ी कंपनियां इस पोर्टल पर इंटर्नशिप के अवसर उपलब्ध कराएंगी। कुल मिलाकर, देश की शीर्ष 500 कंपनियों में इंटर्नशिप का मौका मिलेगा।

इंटर्नशिप के लाभ

इस योजना के तहत चुने गए उम्मीदवारों को 1 वर्ष की इंटर्नशिप करने का मौका मिलेगा। उन्हें हर महीने 5,000 रुपये का वजीफा भी दिया जाएगा, जिसमें से 4,500 रुपये भारत सरकार द्वारा दिए जाएंगे, जबकि 500 रुपये संबंधित कंपनी अपने CSR फंड से देगी। इसके अलावा, 6,000 रुपये का एकमुश्त भुगतान आकस्मिक खर्चों के लिए किया जाएगा।

पात्रता मानदंड

  1. आयु सीमा:
    इस योजना के लिए आवेदन करने वाले उम्मीदवार की आयु 21 से 24 वर्ष होनी चाहिए।
  2. शैक्षणिक योग्यता:
    • हाई स्कूल या हायर सेकेंडरी पास
    • ITI से प्रमाण पत्र
    • पॉलिटेक्निक डिप्लोमा
    • स्नातक डिग्री (BA, B.Sc, B.Com, BCA, BBA, B.Pharma आदि)

कौन नहीं कर सकता आवेदन?

  1. IIT, IIM, नेशनल लॉ यूनिवर्सिटी, IISER, NID, और IIIT से स्नातक छात्र इस योजना के लिए पात्र नहीं हैं।
  2. मास्टर्स या उच्च डिग्री धारक उम्मीदवार इस योजना के लिए आवेदन नहीं कर सकते हैं।
  3. जिन उम्मीदवारों ने पहले से किसी अन्य सरकारी योजना के तहत इंटर्नशिप या कौशल प्रशिक्षण पूरा किया है, वे भी आवेदन करने के लिए अपात्र हैं।
  4. जिनके परिवार की वार्षिक आय 8 लाख रुपये से अधिक है, वे भी इस योजना का लाभ नहीं उठा पाएंगे।

  • पंजीकरण अवधि: 12 से 25 अक्टूबर 2024
  • चयन प्रक्रिया: 27 अक्टूबर से 7 नवंबर 2024
  • इंटर्नशिप ऑफर: 8 से 15 नवंबर 2024
  • पहला बैच शुरू: 2 दिसंबर 2024

योजना का खर्च और कंपनियों की भागीदारी

वित्त वर्ष 2024-25 में इस योजना के तहत 1.25 लाख इंटर्न पर लगभग 800 करोड़ रुपये खर्च होने का अनुमान है। इसमें शामिल कंपनियों की पहचान उनके पिछले 3 वर्षों के औसत CSR व्यय के आधार पर की गई है। हालांकि, इस योजना में कंपनियों की भागीदारी पूरी तरह से स्वैच्छिक होगी।

PM Internship Portal Launched: Registration Begins from October 12, 1.25 Lakh Youths to Be Selected

The PM Internship Scheme, announced in the Union Budget, aims to provide practical experience to young individuals across various sectors. On October 3, a dedicated internship portal was launched, allowing candidates to directly access internship opportunities. This initiative will give students the chance to gain hands-on industry experience through internships.

Registration Process

Interested candidates can begin registering on the portal from October 12, 2024. The portal has been developed by the Ministry of Corporate Affairs (MCA) and can be accessed at pminternship.mca.gov.in.

Company Participation

Companies like Mahindra & Mahindra, Max Life, and Alembic Pharma have already posted over 1,000 internship offers on the portal. More companies will be participating soon. The scheme will provide internships with the top 500 companies in India.

Benefits of the Internship

Selected candidates will have the opportunity to undertake a 12-month internship. They will receive a monthly stipend of ₹5,000, with ₹4,500 provided by the government and ₹500 from the company’s CSR fund. Additionally, a one-time payment of ₹6,000 will be provided to cover incidental expenses.

Eligibility Criteria

  1. Age Limit:
    Candidates must be between 21 to 24 years old to be eligible for the program.
  2. Educational Qualifications:
    • High school or higher secondary graduates
    • ITI certificate holders
    • Polytechnic diploma holders
    • Bachelor’s degree holders (BA, B.Sc, B.Com, BCA, BBA, B.Pharma, etc.)

Who Cannot Apply?

  1. Graduates from institutions like IIT, IIM, National Law University, IISER, NID, and IIIT are not eligible.
  2. Candidates holding master’s or higher degrees are also ineligible.
  3. Individuals who have completed any other government internship or skill training programs are not eligible.
  4. Those whose family income exceeds ₹8 lakh per annum are also ineligible for the scheme.

Funding and Company Participation

In the fiscal year 2024-25, the government is expected to spend around ₹800 crore to support 1.25 lakh interns. Companies participating in the program are selected based on their average CSR expenditure over the past three years. Participation in this scheme is entirely voluntary for companies.
