In continuation to this office Advertisement No. 11208-09 dated 29.01.2024 (Classified), applications were invited on prescribed format from interested bonafide Himachali candidates to fill up 45 posts of various categories including 16 posts of Para Pump Operator, 6 posts of Para Fitter and 23 posts of Multipurpose Workers in respect of reservation of posts for SC & ST categories and EWS categories. Applications are invited once again to fill up the posts available under Jal Shakti Mandal Baijnath.

Candidates who have already applied under Advertisement No. 11208-09 dated 29.01.2024 (Classified) need not apply again, however they have to submit the required documents of SC/ST category and latest EWS category certificate if one wants to avail the benefit of reservation under SC/ST/EWS category.

JSV Division Baijnath Note: –

Candidate applying for Multipurpose workers shall compulsory attached detailed marks sheet of
middle standard and in the event of non-issuing of the same by the concerned Education Board the detailed
marks certificate from the principal of the school needs to be attached. Evaluation criteria and short listing
(if necessary) is based upon marks obtained in the Middle standard and not of any other standard even if
higher qualification is obtained.

Age limit: –

18 to 45 Years as on 16.07.2024.
The number of posts may increase or decrease depending upon vacancy position as per the requirement of Jal
Shakti Vibhag.
The selected candidates can posted a anywhere under the jurisdiction of this Division.

Documents to be attached with application forms: –

Attested/self attested copies of (i) Legitimate proof of age (ii) Proof of BPL family in case of BPL candidate issued
not later than six months (iii) Proof of education and Technical qualification (iv) Certificate of Bonofide of Himachali
(v) Certificate and experience (if any) of the related field of JSV/HPPWD/CPWD/PSUs issued by the competent
authority OR Outsourcing agency providing services in HP Jal Shakti Vibhag (vi) category certificate (SC/ST) (vii)
EWS Category certificated issued by the competent authority not older than six months.

General Instructions: –

1. It shall be the responsibility of the candidates to submit all requisite documents mentioned above as short
listing/eligibility shall be done in case the application received are much more than that the numbers of post.
2. The Merit list will be prepared based upon the documents submitted and the shortlisted candidates will have to
undergo a skill/physical Test. Candidates equal to 5 times the total number posts against each category will be
shortlisted.
3. If a candidate wants to apply for more than one post, separate application for each post needs to be submitted.
4. The candidate will be called for Skill/Physical test separately.
5. The original certificates/testimonials will be seen at the time of evaluation.
