- ADVERTISEMENT NOTICE FOR 02 TEMPORARY POSTS (PURELY ON CONTRACT BASIS) FOR
SPECIFIC PERIOD OF 03 YEARS OF RESOURCE PERSONS FOR BDPI CELL IN THE BANK
The H.P. State Cooperative Bank Limited, which is a leading Cooperative Bank in the country and
the Apex Cooperative Bank in Himachal Pradesh, invites applications on plain paper with complete
Bio-data and copies of relevant certificates from eligible desirous candidates for filling up 02
temporary posts (Un-reserved) of “Resource Persons” purely on contract basis for the “Business
Diversification & Product Innovation Cell” (BDPI Cell) in the Bank under NABARD funding. The
resource persons will be engaged purely on contract basis against these temporary posts for specific
period of the BDPI Project sponsored by NABARD i.e. three years.
The applications with all requisite documents duly addressed to “The Managing Director, The H.P.
State Cooperative Bank Limited, Head Office- The Mall shimla-171001” should reach at Head Office
on or before 31.08.2023 by 05:00 PM positively. The applications received after due date will be

temporary posts (Un-reserved) of “Resource Persons” purely on contract basis for the “Business
Diversification & Product Innovation Cell” (BDPI Cell) in the Bank under NABARD funding. The
resource persons will be engaged purely on contract basis against these temporary posts for specific
period of the BDPI Project sponsored by NABARD i.e. three years.
The applications with all requisite documents duly addressed to “The Managing Director, The H.P.
State Cooperative Bank Ltd., Head Office- The Mall Shimla-171001” should reach at Head Office on
or before 31.08.2023 by 05:00 PM positively. The applications received after due date will be
summarily rejected. The candidates are required to enclose self attested copies of their certificates with
the application in support of their age, education qualification, category, Experience and passport size
photograph.

a) The Tenure:
The resource persons would be engaged on contract basis for specific period of the project i.e. three
years.
b) Selection of Resource Persons:-
The applications received would be screened and short-listed based on the laid down eligibility
criteria and the final selection from the short-listed candidates would be through the process of
interview.
The shortlisted candidates shall be informed through letter on the address given in the application, in
due course. Candidates may regularly visit the Bank’s website www.hpscb.com for any updates in this
regard.
c) Eligibility Criteria:-
One person should preferably be a former Bank Officer with Rural banking background and
experience in designing Rural Banking Products. The eligibility criteria for resource persons shall be as
