HPRCA Opens Correction Window for Multiple Post Codes; Deadline January 21

Hamirpur, Himachal Pradesh – The Himachal Pradesh Rajya Chayan Aayog (HPRCA) has issued a vital notice for candidates who applied under Advertisement Nos. 05/2025 and 06/2025. An opportunity to rectify errors in Online Recruitment Applications (ORA) has been provided for specific post codes.

Key Highlights of the Notification:

• Affected Post Codes: The correction facility is available for Post Codes 25021 and 25022 to 25025.
• Correction Window Dates: The window opened today, January 15, 2026, and will remain active until January 21, 2026 (11:59 PM).
• Official Website: Candidates must log in to the official HPRCA portal to access the edit option.

Steps to Make Corrections:

1. Verification: Candidates must first verify their application number and ensure their One Time Registration (OTR) profile is up to date.
2. Fee Payment: The correction option will only be enabled after the payment of a designated correction fee.
3. Editing & Resubmission: Once the fee is deposited, the editable form will appear. It is mandatory to resubmit the application after making changes.
4. Multiple Edits: If further changes are required after the first resubmission, additional payments will be necessary for each subsequent edit session within the stipulated window.

Important Reminder from the Commission:

The Secretary of HPRCA, Dr. Vikram Mahajan (HPAS), emphasized that the responsibility for the accuracy of information rests entirely with the candidate. If a corrected application is not resubmitted, the Commission will consider the previously submitted version as final. No requests for modifications will be entertained after the January 21 deadline.
