Himachal Pradesh Public Service Commission had advertised 117 posts i.e.
{Unreserved = 47, Unreserved Wards of Freedom Fighters = 01, Scheduled Caste of
HP = 23 Scheduled Caste of HP(Wards of Freedom Fighters) = 01, Scheduled Caste of HP
(BPL) = 04, Scheduled Tribe of HP = 04, Scheduled Tribe of HP (BPL) = 01, OBC of HP = 19,
OBC of HP (BPL) = 03 & Economically Weaker Section of H.P. = 14
vide advertisement No.
9/10-2023 dated 17-10-2023 of Lecturer (School New) Hindi. The Screening Test and Subject
Aptitude Test for the said posts were conducted on 07-04-2024. On the basis of the performance
of the candidates in the Subject Aptitude Test, 185 candidates were short listed for document
verification.

It is information of all concerned shortlisted candidates that the
process of Document Verification will be undertaken by the HPPSC as per schedule given
below. The shortlisted candidates are advised to attend the Document Verification alongwith all
original documents on the fixed date at HPPSC Nigam Vihar Shimla-171002 at 10:30 AM. No
further opportunity will be provided to the candidates to attend the Document Verification after
the scheduled date and they will be treated as ABSENT and their candidature will also be finally
rejected. No request for any change in date allotted to candidates for Document Verification will
be entertained. The Roll Number & date wise details of 185 shortlisted candidates for document
verification are as under: –
The candidates are directed to bring following documents in original on the day of
document verification:
1. Educational qualification:-
i) Matriculation Certificate.
ii) 10 +2 Certificate.
iii) Master Degree in Hindi from a recognized University with minimum of 50% Marks in
aggregate and Bachelor of Education (B.ED) as professional qualification from
recognized University / Institution with minimum 50% marks.
OR
Two years integrated M.Sc. Ed. Course from Recognized University.
2. Himachali Bonafide Certificate.
3. Valid Category Certificate of SC, ST, OBC, WFF, BPL and EWS Certificate along with
Non SC/ST/OBC certificate wherever applicable. All these certificates should be valid on
the closing date of Online Recruitment Application as well as on the day of document
verification and should have been issued by the competent authority as notified by the
Govt. from time to time.
The candidates are also being informed through their e-mails made available in their
applications by them.
