• Judgment Writer/ Personal Assistant: 15 positions
  • 10 positions for UR (General)
  • 2 positions for SC (Scheduled Caste)

Education Qualification:

• Applicants for the Judgment Writer/ Personal Assistant position should have:
  • Graduation
  • Eight (8) years of experience as a Stenographer, Judgment Writer, Junior Scale Stenographer, or Steno Typist in any reputed organization, including government departments or agencies.
  • Speed of 110 words per minute (W.P.M.) in English Stenography and accurate transcription of dictated matter within five times the time allotted for dictation.
  • Typing speed of 55 W.P.M. in English on computers, with a separate test for typing.
  • Only 10% of mistakes in transcribing the dictated matter and typed matter in the typing test are allowed.
  • The time for the dictation and typing test is ten minutes each.
  • Direct recruitment based on competitive proficiency test as per Schedule-IN (Part-D) of the “The H.P. High Court Officers and the Members of Staff (Recruitment, Promotion, Conditions of Service, Conduct & Appeal) Rules, 2015.
  • PH reservation is provided to candidates with loco-motor disability.
