पात्रता मानदंड

आयु सीमा: 18 से 35 वर्ष (आवेदन की अंतिम तिथि तक)
शैक्षणिक योग्यता: आंगनवाड़ी कार्यकर्ता और सहायक पदों के लिए न्यूनतम शैक्षणिक योग्यता 12वीं पास होना अनिवार्य है।
आय सीमा: उम्मीदवार के परिवार की वार्षिक आय ₹50,000 से अधिक नहीं होनी चाहिए, जिसके प्रमाणपत्र को तहसीलदार/नायब तहसीलदार/कार्यकारी मजिस्ट्रेट द्वारा प्रमाणित किया जाना चाहिए।
स्थानीय निवासी: उम्मीदवार को संबंधित आंगनवाड़ी केंद्र के क्षेत्र का स्थायी निवासी होना चाहिए।

चयन प्रक्रिया

चयन प्रक्रिया मेरिट आधारित होगी, जिसमें कुल 25 अंक होंगे।

शैक्षणिक योग्यता: 12वीं के अंकों के आधार पर अधिकतम 7 अंक।
उच्च शिक्षा: स्नातक के लिए 2 अंक और स्नातकोत्तर के लिए 1 अंक।
कार्य अनुभव: अधिकतम 3 अंक, हर वर्ष के अनुभव के लिए 1 अंक (अधिकतम 3 वर्ष तक)।
विशेष श्रेणियाँ: दिव्यांग, एससी/एसटी/ओबीसी उम्मीदवारों और विशेष परिस्थितियों वाली महिलाओं को अतिरिक्त अंक दिए जाएंगे।
साक्षात्कार: व्यक्तिगत साक्षात्कार के लिए 3 अंक।

Eligibility Criteria:

Age Limit: Candidates must be between 18 and 35 years old as of the last date of application.
Educational Qualification: The minimum qualification for both Anganwadi Worker and Anganwadi Assistant is 12th pass.
Income Limit: The applicant’s family annual income should not exceed ₹50,000, and a certificate to this effect must be signed by the Tehsildar/Naib Tehsildar/Executive Magistrate.
Residency: The candidate must be a permanent resident of the feeder area of the concerned Anganwadi center.

Selection Process:

The selection will be based on merit, with a total of 25 marks.

Educational Qualification: Maximum of 7 marks will be awarded for 12th-grade results.
Higher Education: Additional 2 marks for graduation and 1 mark for post-graduation.
Work Experience: Up to 3 marks for relevant work experience (1 mark per year, maximum of 3 years).
Special Categories: Extra marks will be given to differently-abled, SC/ST/OBC candidates, widows, orphans, and other special cases.
Interview: 3 marks will be given for the personal interview.
