पात्रता मापदंड:
- शैक्षणिक योग्यता: आंगनवाड़ी कार्यकर्ता और सहायक के लिए न्यूनतम शैक्षणिक योग्यता 12वीं पास होनी चाहिए।
- आयु सीमा: 18 से 35 वर्ष के बीच (अंतिम तिथि तक)।
- स्थायी निवासी: उम्मीदवार हिमाचल प्रदेश का स्थायी निवासी होना चाहिए।
- वार्षिक आय: परिवार की वार्षिक आय 50,000 रुपये से अधिक नहीं होनी चाहिए। इसके लिए प्रमाणपत्र की आवश्यकता होगी।
चयन प्रक्रिया:
चयन 25 अंकों की मेरिट के आधार पर किया जाएगा। इसमें शामिल हैं:
- शैक्षणिक योग्यता: 12वीं कक्षा के अंकों के आधार पर अधिकतम 7 अंक।
- उच्च शिक्षा: स्नातक के लिए 2 अंक और स्नातकोत्तर के लिए 1 अंक।
- कार्य अनुभव: संबंधित अनुभव के लिए अधिकतम 3 अंक।
- विशेष श्रेणियां: SC/ST/OBC, दिव्यांग, और विशेष परिस्थितियों में महिलाओं को 2-3 अतिरिक्त अंक मिलेंगे।
- साक्षात्कार: व्यक्तिगत साक्षात्कार के लिए 3 अंक।

Vacancy Details:
- Anganwadi Worker: Positions will be filled in Anganwadi Centers at Khas Majhairana, Pantehad, Khatrehad, and Bagh.
- Anganwadi Assistant: Positions will be filled at Centers in Town Paprola, Khatrehad, Ghirthauli, Langhu, Khopa, Nagehad, Nichli Kohad, and Chaugan Khas.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Educational Qualification: Minimum qualification for both Anganwadi Worker and Assistant is 12th pass.
- Age Limit: Applicants must be between 18 and 35 years of age as of the last date of application.
- Permanent Resident: Candidates must be permanent residents of Himachal Pradesh.
- Annual Income: The annual income of the candidate’s family should not exceed Rs. 50,000, certified by the relevant authority.
Selection Process:
The selection will be based on a merit system of 25 marks, including:
- Educational Qualification: Maximum of 7 marks for 12th-grade performance.
- Higher Education: Additional 2 marks for graduates and 1 mark for postgraduates.
- Work Experience: Up to 3 marks for relevant experience in roles such as Anganwadi Worker, Assistant, or similar positions.
- Special Categories: Candidates from SC/ST/OBC, persons with disabilities, or those in special situations will receive 2-3 additional marks.
- Interview: 3 marks will be awarded for the personal interview.
