As the Head of People, you will play a crucial role in shaping our company culture and driving our success by developing and nurturing strategy for our most valuable asset—our people. Your role will be key in shaping business needs into people practices, staying current with the behavioral science and the latest HR trends to support our company’s growth. What You Will Do:

- Develop and implement the People strategy to support Hostinger’s business goals and culture development, based on 10 key principles.
- Act as a trusted partner and collaborate with the leadership team, providing advice and guidance on people-related matters and ensuring successful implementation of people initiatives.
- Oversee key People processes such as employee relations, performance management, learning and development, on-boarding/off-boarding, compensation and benefits, and more.
- Develop and implement HR policies and processes to ensure compliance with legal requirements.
- Analyse People data, identify trends, and foster a data-driven decision-making culture.
- Lead, support, and develop the People Team to ensure high performance.
- Own HR systems and tools to ensure efficiency of maximum value.
- Continuously challenge traditional ways of working and bring in the latest HR trends to keep Hostinger ahead of competitors.
- Consistently observe and strengthen the organisational culture to ensure it aligns with and supports Hostinger’s principles.
What We Expect:

- Proven experience as a Head of People or in a similar role (preferably within the IT industry) with a track record of successfully managing teams in a fast-paced environment.
- Passion about HR, professional development, employee relations, motivation, and other people-related topics.
- Strong business acumen, strategic thinking abilities, and exceptional decision-making skills.
- Open-mindedness and flexibility, with an innovative and out-of-the-box approach to different mindsets.
- Change management skills and the ability to adapt quickly.
- Courage and candidness, unafraid to express thoughts and opinions even in uncomfortable situations.
- Outstanding communication skills and the ability to effectively influence and build relationships across all levels of the organisation.
- Fluent in English with a proficiency level of C1.
