As a GO-AI Associate, your role will involve:

• Watching videos of stowing actions at our fulfilment centres and thoroughly understanding the processes.
• Applying human judgment along with tools and resources to accurately indicate and verify the captured activities in the videos.
• Maintaining the highest level of accuracy in marking the location of products using specialized tools.
• Playing a vital role in maintaining the quality of stow operations at our fulfilment centres.

A Day in the Life:

GO-AI Associates work in a 24×7 environment with rotational shifts. Your 9-hour shift, including breaks, might change every quarter to meet business requirements. If you work night shifts, you’ll receive a night shift allowance as per Amazon’s work policy. Weekly offs are on a rotational basis, comprising two consecutive days off (not necessarily Saturday and Sunday) or as determined by business needs.

Requirements:

• Graduation in any stream with a good understanding of MS Office.
• 0 to 24 months of experience in any domain, showcasing strong logical reasoning skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Non-engineering academic background.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong listening skills and a keen eye for detail.
• Exceptional data accuracy skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office tools.
